All overnight visiting guests will be charged prevailing rates.

Seasonal Sites (1 boat docking) $1,550.00
Boat Docking Extra $250.00 per season.

Deposits are non-refundable (however, they may be transferred to other dates in the same yaer, provided cancellations are done prior to April 15th.)

Sales Tax extra on rentals and taxable items. Tax rebate forms provided on accommodation.

Due to fluctuating economy, all rates subject to change without notice.

Boats, motors and accomodations are considered rented for the duration of the reservation and charged for all prevailing rates.

All reservations must have the appropriate deposit paid by January 30, 2008 or the reservation will be automatically cancelled without notice.
